Reiki is a great tool for stress reduction, relaxation, worry, brain fog, anxiety and improving overall wellness. It can assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing from disease or illness. These sessions are tailored to the individual. Your session will begin with us discussing your concerns and what you want to accomplish in this session. You will have the option to add on sound instruments and/or crystal healing to your session. Combining sound and crystal healing with Reiki compliments the healing process. Bring your body, mind and soul into balance.

VIRTUAL REIKI SESSION
Energy is not bound to time and space, which makes Virtual (Distance) Reiki just as effective and as an in-person Reiki session! I will start with your intention and guide you through the relaxation and healing steps.

CRYSTAL ENERGY HEALING
In this session, we will use Reik and crystals to cleanse and align the chakras. By placing the crystals on the grounding points, (also known as Chakras) the crystals have the ability to communicate with the energy flow of the body and help realign the energy channels that are interrupting the natural flow of the body and help it heal itself. By using the crystals, we can achieve a much deeper understanding of what is happening and help bring overall balance and alignment to the body. These sessions are tailored to the individual.
