This supportive ambiance provides a respite from everyday stress, aids in emotional healing, and fosters a connection between mind and body. LIABILITY WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket, I hereby agree to the following:
· I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about sound healing. I recognize that sound healing requires mental and emotional exertion, which may cause dizziness, headache, or emotional release such as extreme joy, sadness, or release of held in emotions, and I am fully aware of the risks.
· I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any healing program, including Sound Bath healing. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in sound bath activities.
· In consideration of being permitted to participate in the sound healing session, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
· In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sound Bath healing sessions, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops.
I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Universal Reiki and Sound Healing, LLC, its owners, officers and employees, and instructors.
I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability. I agree voluntarily and recognize that by purchasing this ticket it serves as my signature of complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of California.
